I use the MI/X server from microimages.com. It's a free (no $)
X server for Win95/NT.
I've also been meaning to look into VNC which is also free (gnu and no
$),
It's not an X server, but provides similar (more?) capability.

Try Reflection X from WRQ.
I don't have the docset handy and this is all the info I can get from
Help.
Go to http://www.search.com (the search engine I use most) and look for
"Reflection X" or WRQ.
