Okay, glib-1.1.3-1 is I believe a development release of glib. It is used
e.g. in gnome-0.30.
I've built gimp RPMs against gtk and glib versions 1.0.6, which IIRC are
way easier to get than the 1.0.5 versions. As an additional bonus, my
gimp packages will work with the RPM install of gnome-0.30, in case you're
interested (if you are, you want to install the glib and gtk+ packages
from the gnome FTP site rather than the 1.0.6 versions - the glib10 and
gtk+10 packages available there provide the objects for glib and gtk
1.0.6, while the development packages of gtk+ and glib support gnome.
My gimp RPMs are in directory /pub/tmp at freebie.engin.umich.edu. Have
at 'em.
