:) Ever had the occasion to notice how often www.ibm.com is
inaccessible? That just thrills me every time.
More seriously though, is anyone aware of the specific issues involved
with this problem? I seem to remember reading something from one of the
RedHat people some time ago (MW or maybe RHart) that suggested the huge
size and constant growth of the list archive made the maintenance of a
search engine a problematic task, in terms of both human and machine
resources.
Isn't that the sort of thing Oracle is reputedly good at? :)
