There is more than one binary involved, and several support
files.  All together about 6 or 7 files.  An rpm -ql rpm
reveals all (for me, hahahaha).  Write me privately and I
will send you a listing so you can pull it of the live
subdirectory on the CD.

Upon getting it to work, you can reinstall it with the --force
command, like # rpm -ivh --force rpm-2.1-2.i386.rpm or
whatever the filename is.
