It's a bug in the midlevel SCSI code which only showed up in drivers for
SCSI adaptors we didn't have here to try...  :-(

Read ftp://ftp.redhat.com/johnsonm/README and for instructions.  You need
the bootadvansys.img.gz boot image, but without reading the README it
won't help you any.

The information there is slotted for the next errata update.
