Had looked at the "ftpaccess" & "ftpconversions" files:  But since they
are identical for both Red Hat 3.0.3 & Red Hat 4.0, this does NOT appear
to explain the "problem" with the Colgate Installation!  I still expect
something else to be "different" between the Picasso & Colgate to explain
this?
