Hmn. I am evaluating the big-time Empress even as we speak...
Let me see about support for something else...
It can Import/Export pretty good...
I can't seem to find anything that references DBASE
So at first glance I'd say that 1) I like Empress a lot 2) It isn't cheap,
but there is a relatively inexpensive Personal Empress... 3) To use DBASE
data you'd probably have to Import it into Empress OR use ODBC to
directly access the Empress database from Windows clients, MS Access,
Excel, etc.,
