Thanks fro the info.

Does this mean that I can't use any other X applications while 
WABI is running? I was going to use my numerical programs in 
Linux and document the results in Word. This would involve having
say Matlab in Linux and WABI with Word open at the same time.
How about copying/pasting?

Does a different desktop mean (for WABI) a really different 
virtual desktop window, or a non-WABI window on the same desktop ?
Apologies if it is a FAQ.

This is a bit worrying, but it is not my main concern.
All I really want is Word with Equation Editor. If you happen
to know of any difficulties with the latter, please do let me know.
