While this is very true the progression from 3.0.3 -> 4.0  has
been excellent. netcfg is coming along nicely. What would be
a big win would be a GUI based named/sendmail/apache interface.
So the semi-skilled support guy can add virtual domains and
such using a mouse and an intuitive interface. This was the
reason one of our support guys fought - and won - a bid to try
Win NT + Netscape  for a web server/mail hub instead of Linux.
The idea is you dont need a high priced UNIX expert to service
common client needs. The idea of "manually" editing cryptic
files in seemingly unrelated places scares non-unix support
people.
