Check out linuxconf.  It can do named and sendmail, not apache, but also a
bunch of other stuff including such 'advanced' stuff as firewalling.  You
can use it with either text mode (ncurses), or through a web browser.
Unfortunately, at this point it isn't really integrated into Red Hat, but
it is definitely a thorough package.  Unfortunately it seem that Red Hat
is duplicating much of this effort (both are GPL'd).
