I haven't paid the tech support. But I think this mailing list is sufficient.

I do paid for some real tech support, but the quality is poor. It only gave an
excuse to my client, "even the supplier cannot fix", "the supplier didn't 
provide/support this featues","they said you cannot do it this way".

Most *commercial* software has *less* problem beacuse they would not support all
the stuff they haven't tested. The less feature/HW/SW they support. The less
question they need to face. 
 
For Linux, everybody have their own setup and problems. I always found the
question
and answer are both worng because they haven't test what they write first. 

So, try before ask/answer question and don't blame REDHAT.
