If you can figure out this should be concur, you might conquer
spelling! :) :) :)

I have had trouble with Red Hat, but its a growing company and I'm
willing to cut them some slack. They are pretty ambitious if you think
about what all they do.
My biggest problems with them is their ordering department because of
shipping mistakes and that they seem to not know how to operate their
order/entry software. What I mean is, everyone but the supervisor was
unable to find my order on their system.
However, once I complained, they were very quick to fix my troubles.
They even overnight shipped my copy of Applixware to me because I had
waited to long. Two days later, the original order came through, and
they just said to have it reverse shipped when I called them.
So, yeah, things haven't been perfect, but I really like what they have
done so I don't have a problem supporting them. Hopefully they'll iron
out problems as they grow. I feel like they are getting better from
what I've seen in the last year.
I sent a support request about 16-bit color systems running Applixware and
they haven't responded in a week. Well, I would like faster response,
but I have a feeling this question won't be answered without an upgrade
or something. Feel free to chime in if you happen to know how to fix
color problems on a 16-bit display... :)
