I posted some problems I am having with my Ensoniq Sndscape
sound card. Ok let me just say what I have done...
1) 1st try I used make menuconfig and enabled the sound card
which matched my card. I know all the IRQ and DAM #'s are
correct. I tried to run doom and test it, I get some sorta repeating
message about MPU-401<?!?> and can hear my harddrive being
accessed as this scroll of nastiness goes by. On the 2nd try
I added the MPU I seem to recall this has something to do with
the midi settings. Again all the IRQ and DAM's #'s are correct.
Again still no sound.
2) The HOWTO's do not explain anything that I have found in
regards to the Ensoniq card. So no help there.
