Hmm... I thought .fvwm2rc95 was pretty self-explanatory. Each
section of it is pretty well documented with #blah blah.
Do not forget to customize your .Xclients and .Xdefaults
as well. :)

No relationship. One doesn't need another to work. I had
TheNextLevel on one machine that ran on top of fvwm2 and
on this one I always had fvwm95 even when TheNextLevel
simply didn't exist yet.
