Tim,

Just out of curiousity, are the CDROM and HD on the same cable segment? If
so, there are potential problems. We had similar probs until we installed
from another cable segment (in our case external). We also have tried using
a separate SCSI channel with great success.

Also, advice from others had told us similar things to the commentary below.
The type of card could have something to do with this too, though...;)
