If your ISDN provider does not charge extra for IP addresses, then you
can easily put Linux as your direct connection, add the Windows
machine as a host. You could set up the Linux box as a router and host.
If you are stuck (as I am) extra bucks for more IP addresses, then you
might want to check into IP Masquerading (but I don't know if this can
be set up with the Windows machine).  You can put your Linux box on 
the net, and use Windows supplied telnet, ftp to log into your
linux box and get to the internet hosts, but web surfing would (I think) 
require that you configure http serving on your Linux box, DNS, etc.
