The Official Red Hat 4.0 CD-ROM is missing 'liveboot.img'
as documented on page 2 of the Official Red Hat Linux
User's Guide.
I therefore have no way of running a 'live filesystem'
as described in section 1.4.
This omission is not mentioned in the Red Hat Linux
4.0 Errata which I downloaded from www.redhat.com.
