arcnet and dosemu... spurious reset

Hello!
I have compiled dosemu... 0.64.0.0
Works... in fact VESA modes doesnt work with my S3Trio64v+/2M videocard.
I have two arcnet cards... And if I run dosemu, or even while running, I
switch to that virt. console, the arc0 card stops working... I don't know
why. I changed the two cards... but no matter, the (new) arc0 stopped.
But, if I switch to a VC, and ifconfig down, rmmod, insmod, ifconfig up,
then the card works fine again.
And I have an ethernet card... This one works fine under dosemu too...
I have no ideas...
I get such error messages:
Nov 17 03:10:36 rocker kernel: arc0: spurious reset (status=FFh)
Nov 17 03:10:37 rocker kernel: arc0: reset failed: TESTvalue not
present.
Please send your answers to my e-mail address too, beacuse I don't read
