I am running fetchmail 1.9, which is handing off to sendmail 8.8.2.
I got sendmail from the RPM in the /pub/contrib directory at
ftp.redhat.com, after failing to be able to build it from sources myself.
On about one message in fifty, fetchmail will report "SMTP listener is
confused" and die. Examination of /var/log/maillog indicates
> Nov 16 08:54:53 gaffa sendmail[16127]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(root): SMTP-MAIL:
> died on signal 11
What should I be looking at?
