the modules rpm contains the programs that allow modules support in linux.
i.e. insmod, rmmod, lsmod, depmod and modprobe, amoung outhers.
the kernel-modules rpm contains the modules for that specific kernel. i.e.
the scsi, filesystem, and ethernet drivers for kernel 2.0.18.
They are 2 completely seperate packages.
