telnet bug?

Ever since I went to RH 4.0, I've noticed that whenever I do something
really I/O intensive over telnet, I get connection closed by foriegn
host... I only get this when telnetting out from my box, never in (unless
it's also out ;).. Has anyone else seen this problem?
