yes.

Set the "sync" option.

"sync" *should* do that -- but yes -- it is a problem :-(

Our users hav aliases to call amq with the magic arguments to unmount it ....

I use "df"

Keep the number of setuid programs to a minimum !

Making access as "simple" as possible for simple users.
Avoiding setuid mount.
