CSLIP/PPP to Xyplex 702 Terminal Server?

Anyone have experience in making Linux connect with an
ISP where the ISP has a Xyplex terminal server?
I can make DIP or PPPD dial and get logged in, but
the interface configuration on the Linux end never gets
going.
