I was simply pointing out that there may be better places to get help with
some things.

Well, not to prolong the argument, but the question had *nothing* to do
with how we packaged it.  It was a generic INN usage question common
to all platforms.

Sendmail was probably a bad example.

Again, you're free to post here.  I don't know of a better place to ask
about simple routing issues.

Appropriate?  Yes.  The best place?  Maybe, maybe not.  I didn't say you
couldn't ask here, just that there could be a better place.

That, in and of itself, is a very good point.  I would like to see more
*real* INN documentation.  If anyone would like to coordinate an INN
HOWTO project, I would be happy to setup a mailing list here at Red Hat
for it.  I think it needs to be a group project, though, since I don't
think there is any single person who understands INN.  :-)

So, post away...just consider first if there might be a truly better place
to get help.  For Red Hat specific issues, this is it.  For many other
things, this is it.  For some things, it isn't the best place.  That's
all...
