Can anyone help me with this ? I want to install from an NFS mounted
partition, but the standard boot disks don't appear to properly support
the 3c509 card (the kernel gives an error message saying that loadable
module support for the 3c509 is only likely to work with an EISA bus,
and I'm using a PCI machine). My machine just hangs when the install
process tries to mount the NFS filesystem.

I guess what I need is a boot disk with a statically linked 3c509
driver or some clues on how to get the existing boot image to work.
I've tried building a new kernel and boot image, but I can't get that
to work :-(

James.
