I'm having the same problem with 4.0, but its worse as it takes up
to 5 minutes for ftp or telnet to get to a "login" prompt. NFS is 
impossible as it times out long before all this time passes, and the 
fstab that comes with 4.0 ignores the "timeo=n" option.
Maybe we can help each other as redhat seems to busy to answer its
tech support mail.
