I had a problem during configuration that didn't allow the files to copy,
namely a signal 11 problem. They could at least tell me there was a
hardware problem, and to look at the Sig 11 FAQ, or at minimum say: "Sorry,
but we don't feel like supporting you, because your hardware isn't up to
snuff!"
I had to post to the list, and dig around for some info before I could get
one of the file systems formatted. I consider this an INSTALL problem, as I
could not install the software. I had better support from the rest of the
world (the mailing list) than I got from them. It's been over a week since
I mailed them, with no human response.
