The configuration for filerunner is saved in a text file called
$HOME/.fr/config and can be editted.
A ways down in an area title Appearance (or something similar) there's
a line that starts 'set config(geometry,main) {some_numbers_here}'
which controls the size of the window.
Mine is set {746x549+46+23} and it lets me see all of the configuration
menu.
Change yours to that and then you'll be able to modify everything
within the main modification window.
Some of the same dropdown menu will still be off the page. But, change
the font sizes to something smaller and it will all just fit at
800x600. If that's done first (after the suggested change above), all
else is at your command.
