First, be sure you have glint-2.6.2 for rh5.2 or glint-2.6.1 for rh5.1.

# rpm -Uvh glint-newversion.rpm

Then put your rpm files in a directory all alone.
There must be *NOTHING* in the directory but RPM files.
No subdirectories, readmes, symlinks, or anything else.
Then press the nice 'configure' button and tell glint
the directory that contains *NOTHING* but rpm files.

Once you have used glint, you will want something better.

If you ask me, nothing is nicer than
# rpm -Uvh *.rpm

The kernel rpm is different, it needs i, not U. Ex:
# rpm -ivh kernel-kernel-2.0.36-1.i386.rpm
