The Computer Technology Department in the Dona Ana Branch Community College
in Las Cruces, New Mexico has two Linux and , I belive one UNIX classes.
The UNIX and one of the Linux classes are subtitles of the OECS 125
Operating Systems course.
They also teach a Linux Systems Admin. class.
