Terminal programs (so far as I know) aren't able to detect that you've
resized your terminal. You'll have to exit pine, resize the terminal
and then restart pine. If you're using pine over a telnet connection,
you'll have to exit pine, disconnect, resize the terminal, then
reconnect and restart pine.
