This is a bug i encountered in Gtk+ 1.0.6.
I have a toolbar in a handlebox. At first, the toolbar is in "both icons
and text" mode. Then, i switch the toolbar to "just icons" mode. The
handlebox does not resize correctly, it leaves spaces at the top and
the bottom.
