A brother runs for student government and wants an endorsement from
the APO chapter president at the school. Hmm ...

Question 1: Is the student government political, or is it just
administrative?

Question 2: Does the student need the endorsement in order to be
elligible for office? Or is this just a political move where the APO
endorsement would get more endorsements?
