In a recent message, I casually used the word "club" when talking about
the Delta Pi chapter. Apparrantly, by all the flames I have received, there
are connotations to the word "club" that I am unawares of. According to
"The American Heritage Dictionary" (Houghton-Mifflin, 1982) CLUB is defined
as "A group of people organized for a common purpose." If there are other
definitions beyond that, I am not aware of them. I did not intend to offend
anyone and I will avoid using the term in the future.
