Brothers,
I don't have a copy of the national by-laws. Could someone tell me if it is
stated that a chapter must have a set number of service hours determined for
each brother to perform and wouldn't a pledge of a number of service hours be
considered a determined amount of service hours but just varying between
brothers? The idea of pledging a number of service hours is questioned as to
whether it is "legal" or not to do....thanks...
