I've been in the OA for over 2 years now (yeah, I know...I was elected my
senior year of high school & I am now in my 3rd year of college). Obviously
(for most people anyway :) ) I haven't been heavily involved due to college,
but I did go to a sectional & several weekends (at least 1 a year). The
NOAC & NE4C themes so far weren't from the rituals that I could tell, but
related to our purposes. The OA has only been the BSA's NHS since '98.
