I've noticed on a couple of web sites phrases being used by brothers that
only occur in the rituals. This sort of disturbs me. Any feelings?
(For example if the Phrase "A Service Fraternity without Pink Elephants" was
only used in the brotherhood ritual, and section 10 decided to use it as
their sectional conference theme or a chapter made "A Service Fraternity
without Pink Elephants" as the top and bottom text for the chapter web page.
