Not necessarily. Most tour guides aren't given a complete script, and many
tour guides deviate from their script. I know tour guides at schools that
claim certain buildings are sliding down the hill into the city below; the
Geology department at the same school says no such thing is happening.
Tour guides promulgate a lot of campus urban legends...
If Snopes hasn't been told of a verifiable instance of a local/state/
federal brothel law, I'm ready to believe that it doesn't exist.
