again, it's the scope of things. Sure the National Office e-mails it to you a
PDF. I dump it on what I think is an internal bulliten board, or web site...
and it's really not. One of the "crawlers" gets to it and away it goes... such
as the fact that if I attach it to this post right here. I can think of at
least one website where I can go see it almost immediatley.
