Actually, you have it backwards. Activation fees rise March 1, 2003,
so that the higher activation fee is in effect for this coming spring
term. Pledge fees do not rise until September 1, 2003. It was
specifically designed so that every chapter will pay the higher
activation fees this term, but not have the pledge fee raise until next
year.
