Remember Derek's comment, though...Even though the proposition is an
increase to $75, we have to keep in mind the SCOPE of the motion.
 Because the scope puts the max at $75, it is still "legal" and
appropriate to "bargain" our way down, so though we may not want a huge
increase, $75 gives us all something to work at.  I mean, if the
proponents for the legislation said "Let's raise it to $100", that would
definitely give us more leeway to work with.  I think an increase is
appropriate, but $75 is too big of a jump...

On a somewhat tangential topic change, Epsilon Mu's Active dues are
$45/semester, Associate dues are $20/semester, Pledge Induction Fees are
$30 and Initiation Fees are $35 (for a total of $60).

Man...the things that will be discussed at the National Convention Prep
Conferences.... ;-)
