Not quite the direction that I was looking for, but you are perhaps the
best to answer this,
How appropriate/inappropriate would it be for APO chapters to give
presentations to Key Clubs at local high schools to give them information
on Alpha Phi Omega? The closest equivalent I can come up with would be
asking Girl Scout Cadette troops if the local BSA council can come in and
talk about the Venturing program of BSA, which I would expect not to be
accepted...

Scouting can be, just the troops are less tied to the schools...
