This pledge policy is included in every pledge book and explained to the pledges at the beginning of the pledging period. In the section of the chapter by-laws titled "Duties of a Pledge", it states: Pledges shall be bound by the pledge policy adopted by the chapter prior to the pledges’ induction. All requirements for the pledges shall be clearly set forth in that policy. So yes and no, I suppose...
