Thank you for all of your comments. This hasn't been as heated a
discussion as I thought, and I think my mind has been changed on this
issue.
The list (and the private responses) have pretty much agreed on the
following points.
1) Make sure the pledges (and brothers) have access to the info sheets
created by S&YS.
2) Don't quiz them on the information on the BSA sheet other than possibly
those which were true prior to 1925 (creation of BSA, Lord B-P)
3) Decide on additional information based on the chapter service projects.
Knowing the council and districts is useful if the chapter runs the
district annual camporee...
4) There are a lot of things more important to teach during pledging.
Let me know if anyone disagrees with these, but that is what I have seen.
