Hello Ginny,

First let me intoduce myself, my name is Bill Kuhfal. I am a past R-7
Director and currently advisor to TCU, SMU, and University of North
Texas.

My first level of advise is to set resonable and attainable goals. I
have seen to many chapters wanting to get high amount of pledges and
when they do not they get dispointed and lose their enthathism. Remember
this is a mult-semester process.

Look at your campus and see what people are into before planning your
rush. Remember what rush is: MARKETING AND ADVERTISING! Look at your
campus population and see who you want to target for membership.

And finally the best advise is to be POSITIVE! Ask the question to
yourself why would I join APO. You do not have one pledge, YOU HAVE ONE
PLEDGE THAT WE CAN BUILD ON!

I hope this helps and the best of luck to you and your chapter.

Yours in Leadership, Friendship, and Service,

Bill Kuhfal
