What does a petitioning group have to do to get a final ritual going.
I know the new group of 33 men and women at TSU are having to wait until
August but they have done everything and have completed everything.
What is the problem?
They have to wait because that is the only time that they could get other=
chapters in the state there. They have been in petitioning status for ove=
r a
year now.
HUH?
I thought it took Advisors, Regional and Sectional. Somebody please make=
sense of this.
