I'd love to know where you live, because in the Richmond, VA, market,
ISDN access is roughly $80/month...
Cable modem access just came in my area about two months ago, and I'm
paying $40/month (plus and extra $7/month to have two computers
networked to it).
Don't ask me why cable modem access (10 MBPS down/2MBPS up) is cheaper
than ISDN (128 KBPS)! Not to mention that I'm only paying $10/month
more for a cable modem than I was paying for a separate phone line
with a standard 28.8/56K dial-up through a national ISP!
