I have never been to nationals for APO, never worried about it.

But consider what 5 or 6 kids aged 17-21 did for the National Exploring
Leadership Conference last summer. A daily newsletter with pictures which was
then added to the web page daily for the event. We gave them 3 digital
cameras, 4 laptops (all Macs) and a desktop (Wintel) and an ethernet
connection and turned them loose. Check the website and the newsletter at this
address:

It would not be hard to develop a similar thing and add video as an additional
item, and if it doesn't have to be real time it can be done easily if someone
has website space with enough room.

DO NOT assume that doing this will get you additional publicity, however. The
NELC site has been visited more since the event to be seen as an example of
what could be done on short notice by a handful of people with a couple of
adult's advising than it was before or during the event.
