what we do at delta rho is elect 2, or if not then only one delegate-the
president doesn't automatically become one-this smester she actually
decided not to run. what will be hapening is that I and my partner in
crime will look over the legislation and pick out the relelven/irrelevent
things that do/don't need to be discussed in front of the rest of teh
brotherhod (i.e. grammatical changes, regional alignment-we won't know
enough to vote on it as a chapter, we just have to hear the arguments @
nationals) then we will go over it with our president so she can present
it at our meeting, and then we will vote as a chapter.

the chapter "decision" is taken into acount during the actually voting
process at Minn.

pretty standard i suppose.
