I'd like to here what other people do, too. Epsilon Lambda has one
elected voting deleagte who is selected during chaper officer elections in
the winter. The second delegate is the chapter president. I haven't been
to nationals before, but for other confrences these people are made aware
of the issues that we know will be discussed and they try to get an idea
of how the chapter feels, then vote on the issues. I think that people
usually vote for some one who they feel will represent the general
attitudes of the chapter in a business meeting.
